The Regular Plan is generally three entrées, each with a compatible side(s); sometimes a soup may replace a side to make an additional light meal and sometimes there may be a dessert or snack. This plan typically serves three to four small-to-moderate appetites (two adults plus one or two children) or two hearty adult appetites with leftovers for lunches. You might mix and match the main dishes and sides to suit your household and schedule. Some items will be freezer-friendly (and may even be delivered frozen), to give you more flexibility in meal planning. Want more meals on hand for some weeks, or plan to serve a larger group? Select from Cuisine Claire Add-ons, or consider an additional Petit Plan of the same menu.  All packaging is recyclable, reusable and/or compostable and meals come with clear instructions for storing, reheating and serving. High quality ingredients are organic, seasonal and mostly sourced from local farmers and purveyors.

Update Summer 2019: Cuisine Claire suspended home meal delivery in late 2017, but continues to offer demo and hands-on classes (including one-day multi-meal prep, such as the menus archived below). Enjoy the same delicious dishes in the Regular Plan, but in slightly smaller quantities. Singles find there is plenty for three dinners plus leftovers for lunches. For senior couples, or perhaps an adult and school-age child, serving sizes allow for three complete dinners with possible leftovers.

Add-on Freezer Favorites and Comforting Casseroles

e.g. Potpies made with pastured turkey or chicken, grass-fed beef or wild salmon; mac & cheese varieties; pulled pork; seasonal soups; breakfast casseroles; et al. (Gluten-free available)

Comforting mac ‘n’ cheese is a family favorite.

Soups, Stews and Chilis

Just what you want for lunch or a simple dinner, rounded out with a salad and good bread, perhaps. Cuisine Claire almost always has several selections in various size containers, with and without meat.

Desserts

e.g. Summertime Peach-Blueberry or Autumn Apple Crisp, featuring locally grown fruit, topped with a crunchy-sweet mix of whole grain flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and Holmquist hazelnuts or walnuts

Breakfast Fare

e.g. Cuisine Claire Homemade granola – packed with nuts, seeds and dried berries; gluten-free and nut-free available;  breakfast wraps – great for busy mornings, made with locally pastured organic eggs, bacon or sausage, cheese, potatoes, salsa, wrapped in a thin wheat tortilla; hearty stratas and breakfast casseroles to feed a crowd.
